Hi Tor is a small shelter in Rockland County it is the only open admission shelter in the county. We run mostly with the support of our generous donors.

We have just started a new program to take our pit-bulls and have them certified to be service dogs for veterans with disabilities. It is a way to honor our veterans and find loving homes for our homeless dogs.
