About Us

Mighty Mutts

info@mightymutts.org

Mighty Mutts is a non-profit, no-kill rescue organization. Our wholly volunteer-run group rescues stray dogs and cats from the streets of NYC to provide them with food, shelter and any needed medical treatment.

Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home all the animals we take in; those who aren't able due to health or behavior issues live peacefully at our no-kill facility. Each day, thousands of stray dogs and cats are forced to live in our city's streets looking for refuge. Alone, starving, and in desperate need of veterinary care, they struggle day by day for their very lives. Mighty Mutts is driven to help change all of this.
